Step-by-Step Bhoomi Pujan Ritual Process
BOLDSite Survey and Sanctification BOLD: The Pandit surveys the plot for energy disturbances. The site is swept clean and purified with Gangajal.
BOLDSankalp BOLD: A formal Sankalp is taken in the name of the landowner, stating the purpose (construction of a home/office/factory), the exact location, and the family's gotra.
BOLDGanapati Puja BOLD: Lord Ganesha is invoked to remove all obstacles from the construction process, from permits and finances to weather and labor.
BOLDBhoomi Devi Puja BOLD: The Earth Goddess is formally invoked with the Prithvi Sukta mantras. A symbolic apology is offered for the disturbance about to be made, and her blessings are sought.
BOLDVastu Purusha Mandal BOLD: A sacred geometric diagram representing the Vastu Purusha is drawn on the ground. The nine zones of the plot are identified and honored.
BOLDKshetrapal Puja BOLD: The guardian deity of the specific land area is propitiated to ensure peaceful and cooperative energy from the land's existing spiritual occupants.

BOLDAarti and Prasad BOLD: The ceremony concludes with an Aarti to Bhoomi Devi and distribution of Prasad among all present, workers, engineers, family members.
