Step-by-Step Hanuman Puja Ritual Process
Preparation: The puja area is purified and an image or idol of Lord Hanuman, preferably in his active, standing form with Gada (mace), is placed facing east or south.
Sankalp: The intention is declared: the specific crisis, the specific protection needed, or the specific obstacle to be removed.
Ganesh Puja: Lord Ganesha is worshipped first, even in a Hanuman ceremony, as he is the gateway to all auspicious rituals.
Hanuman Sthapana and Pranapratishtha: Lord Hanuman is invoked into the puja space with specific Vedic mantras. Sindoor (red lead) and jasmine oil are applied to the image, which is Lord Hanuman's favorite offering.
Panchamrit Snan: The deity is bathed in Panchamrit (milk, curd, honey, ghee, sugar).
Shodashopachara Puja: Sixteen sacred offerings including a garland of red flowers, sindoor, jasmine oil, sesame oil lamps, and betel leaves are made.
Hanuman Chalisa Path: The Hanuman Chalisa (40 verses by Tulsidas) is recited. For the Standard and Premium packages, it is chanted 7 or 108 times respectively, creating an immensely powerful protective field.
Bajrang Baan Recitation: The powerful Bajrang Baan, the arrow of Bajrang Bali, is recited for protection from enemies and negative forces.
